THE GARDEN BODY ~ A SERIES OR WORKSHOP POSSIBILITY

DEAR WOMEN, PLEASE READ AND HELP ME OUT.

In addition to my passion for my photography business, which I have had now for over 13 years...I have become passionate about clean eating, as a woman and especially as a mother. I would LOVE to encourage you mamas out there on eating "clean", what it can mean for you and your baby and children, how to do it easily and where to begin. I am greatly considering beginning a short series through my blog called THE GARDEN BODY to do just that. I'm also greatly considering offering a local talk event/workshop on THE GARDEN BODY for mamas and women on all levels and their babies (born and in utero) and growing kids.

Please let me say that this is not and never will be a place of judgement! I firmly believe that just as every parent has a right to their own choice of birth methods, parenting, etc...I believe you have the right to choose the foods for your family. So please believe me when I say that there's no judgement here. I was a junk foodie for YEARS upon end, but eventually realized I needed to make changes. I have learned over several years now some very important things that led our family to grow food, eat clean, etc and it has been absolutely amazing. Am I saying that what is right for my family is right for yours? Absolutely not. I would never presume to say that I have all of the answers...especially someone else's family. But I do know that an ill-education of anything can be harmful and it is at least worth it to look into it and understand your options before you choose a lifetime of foods for yourself and your family...whatever that may be. 

Will you please let me know if The Garden Body Series would be something that you're interested in? I would genuinely like to know how much interest there might be in it on the blog or at a local workshop before I plunge my heart and soul into it...for that is the only way that I plunge. : )
