NOW I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP

I have had the pleasure of being a volunteer photographer for a wonderful organization called Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep for the past 3 years now. It is the most rewarding and the most emotional thing that I've ever been apart of. What's it about? It's about giving the parents of babies who are not expected to make it through NICU and for the parents of babies who did not make it through delivery something they would not be able to have of their beautiful child otherwise...portraits. It is very, very emotional and something that I have not until now made known that I am apart of, simply because it has nothing to do with my business...it is all about the emotional experience for the parents, friends and family of the child photographed. I bring it up now only to say that NILMDTS is completely non-profit and is run by donation only. It has brought joy into the lives of those who felt like they've already lost everything.
